Our surface treatment (alacaline Zn-Ni) gives maximum corrosion resistance – up to 600 h in salt spray test – together with resistance to tearing that is constant from one series to another.
We perform efficient swaging (e.g. rubber bushings) for reductions in diameter of more than 5 mm in the die while preserving the surface treatment
