TAC, a unique process that simplifies shoe manufacturing

For more than 25 years, GOUILLARDON GAUDRY has been developing TAC, a manufacturing process that eliminates all delicate operations such as rasping, halogenation or even glueing, required for the manufacture of cemented, sewn or injected shoes.

Nearly 60 million pairs of soles – and more than 2,000 different models – have been treated with the TAC process (Traitement Anti-Cardage – anti rasping treatment) for key European leaders dealing in various types of shoes (town, sport, leisure, safety shoes …).
The gains in productivity obtained throught the TAC process efficiently augment the reliability of bondig of soles – between 10 and 20 DaN/cm – available from GOUILLARDON GAUDRY.

A real synergy between the various departments of Gouillardon Gaudry.

The Soles Department draws on the unique knowhow developed by GOUILLARDON GAUDRY in the processing of low-density compounds – to achieve lighter shoes – or specific compounds (dual hardness, dual density, transparent zones to enhance a technical detail, coloured marking in the mould …).
In accordance with the main European standards (EN 344, 345, 346, 347, DIN 4843 or AFNOR), the GOUILLARDON GAUDRY Soles Department offers you assistance for the designing of your proprietary soles and can also build or maintain your tooling.
